Thank you for inquiring about our apartments. It was a pleasure talking to you.
I believe you would find that Olive Dee Apartments has created a living environment that you can relax in, with spacious, well-designed floor plans and the amenities to meet your every need. Our complex is on 14 acres with three swimming pools and four laundry rooms as well as n basketball/Volleyball court for the convenience of our tenants.
The community room, which is available for special occasions such as birthday parties, meetings and other functions, is located adjacent to the office. We provide courtesy evening security. We offer on site storage units that are 51/2 ft. X 71/2 ft.
Qualifications are you must have acceptable credit, work at present job for at least 1 year, (income should be at least three times the amount of the rent) and must have verifiable good rental history. Upon return of completed signed and dated rental application and copies of last two paycheck stubs, it takes 72 hours (three working days) or more to process the application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. There is no charge for the credit check or application. We will run a credit report and background check, verify income, and check rental history. We will need a copy of your driver's license, social security card and/or military ID. After qualifying you will be notified of our availability and offered an apartment with a move in date. If you accept, a holding deposit will be required until the move in date. At that time the remainder of the deposit and one months rent must be paid by money order or cashiers check. If your move in date is the 2nd day of the month or after, the next month's rent will pro rated accordingly upon due date.
You are responsible for switching the GAS and ELECTRIC to your name within 3 days after moving in. A six-month lease is required. No pets are allowed, no matter how small. I have enclosed a list of the various apartments we have available along with their prices.
